Day-to-day administration of user accounts, secure access and role-based permissions, plus Hyper-V virtual machines for isolated testing and backups, operating system upgrades and troubleshooting of network and IP routing problems.
More than ten open-space offices set up from the cabling up: IT equipment, printers and peripherals, server installation, NAS setup and network testing, with every workstation checked before people moved in.
A chat assistant that answers visitors from a company's own documents, shows where each answer came from and hands the conversation to a person when it isn't sure. It is connected to a Google Sheet and to a Telegram bot built just for it, so every enquiry lands in both places. Built in Python on top of LLM APIs.
