From the first call
to a system that
runs on its own.
Six steps, the same for software and infrastructure. At every point you know what happens next, what it costs and who is responsible.
The six steps
-
Discovery call
Thirty minutes, free. You describe the problem; I ask about the current setup, who uses it and what a good result looks like.
-
Audit
I review what already exists, from servers, network and accounts to code, and note the risks and the quick wins.
-
Proposal
Fixed scope, fixed price, a timeline and what's not included, all in writing. Nothing starts until you approve it.
-
Build
Short iterations with a demo every week. Changes to infrastructure happen in maintenance windows you approve.
-
Launch
Tested with real data and rolled out step by step, with a rollback plan ready in case anything misbehaves.
-
Handover and support
Documentation, credentials and a training session for your team, followed by a support window and an optional monthly plan.
How I work
-
Fixed price, written scope
You know the full cost before work starts. If the scope changes, the new price is agreed in writing first.
-
Documentation is part of the job
Network maps, credentials, runbooks and READMEs are deliverables, not extras.
-
Security from day one
Least-privilege access, updated systems and backups that are checked by actually restoring them.
-
You own everything
Code, accounts, hardware and passwords belong to you, so you're never tied to a single contractor.
